Materials needed:
3mm Crystaletts Buttons - 5 per rondell    
11/0 seed beads
15/0 seed beads
Fireline 6lbs. or 8 lbs.
#11 Beading needle 
 
The pictured cuff requires a 2.5" - 3" diameter "Add-A-Bead" cuff with screw off ball ends. 

Other projects include earring and necklace applications.
